60-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the full product price.

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note. You do not need to justify your request.

Returning the product

We will tell you by email whether you need to send the product back and, if so, where to send it. Please do not return parcels without contacting us first, as unannounced returns can't be matched to an order.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

In addition to our guarantee, EU customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See Right of withdrawal.
