Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you indicate, receive the goods.
How to withdraw
Inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to [email protected], including your name, order number and the date you received the order. You may use the model text below, but it is not required.
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [order number], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address].”
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
